2/3 Cup margarine 1 Cup sugar 1 Cup brown sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla 4 tblspoons water 2 cups flour 2 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 2 cups chocolate chips Mix in order. Bake at 350 degrees in 9 x 13 pan 25-30 minutes.
